To launch their new Flagship First Dining Lounge, American Airlines was looking for an impactful way to showcase their new menu. The place to do this was at the annual James Beard Awards “Chef’s Night Out” event where some of the biggest names in the culinary world would gather.
With only a ten by twenty-foot footprint we managed to transform the space into a mini airport terminal lounge with a culinary twist. Engaging attendees with samples from the new menu presented on airborn plates and an interactive GIF photobooth with a kitchen tool knolling wall backdrop.
